The Dynamic Coalition on Internet Rights and Principles of Internet (of which CELE is a member) presented the Spanish edition of the Charter of Human Rights and Principles for the Internet during the last International Conference of UNESCO "Connecting the dots: options for future action.", held in Paris on March 3-4.
Eduardo Bertoni (director of the CELE) and Verónica Ferrari (researcher of the CELE) assisted in translating this letter (also known as the IRPC Charter) into Spanish.
